My husband, my Mother and I loved our lunch at Mulligans Beach House! We had a table sitting right over the water in their temperature controlled porch. We saw lots of birds and even a family of porpoises while looking out over the Indian River . We had the Big Fish platter with seasoned fries and the fried Coconut Shrimp. Both were delicious! Dana our server was friendly and professional. She went out of her way to help make our lunch special and memorable! Great food, attentive service, amazing views equals perfect lunch!

Great bar staff, good food! We had the Fire Cracker Shrimp Po Boy and the Hut (?) Nachos! Yum on both! The nachos were just perfect for lunch! And the Pico tasted very very fresh! (The food is a bit pricey, but it is a beach bar restaurant, so keep that in mind! There's a 15% food coupon if you do a Yelp review!) Will go back when we are in the area again!

This is a great place to eat on the water. The Fish and Chips are very tasty and not like the deep fried, batter filled yucky fish. this is quite tasty. The views are fantastic. I've seen dolphins playing, windsurfing and beautiful yachts. Great place!

They have a special of like 2 eggs bacon or sausage and toast if you buy a drink. But you have to ask specifically for it, they don't tell you about it

Yes. I was there yesterday and brought a friend. Enjoyed the firecracker poor boy but came for the Cobb.
